PALM BEACH GARDENS – Alton Town Center will add another new restaurant to its growing list when Miller’s Ale House opens its doors next year.
The 6,300-square-foot eatery will be the sixth Palm Beach County location for the Orlando-based sports bar chain, joining those in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Boynton Beach and Boca Raton.
Construction is expected to begin by the end of the year, and the restaurant could be ready to open by mid-2021, a Miller’s Ale House spokesperson said.
The 32-year-old restaurant chain operates 91 locations in seven states, with several more expected to open by the end of the year. More than half of those locations are in Florida.
The new Alton Town Center location checked all the boxes for potential expansion, the Miller’s Ale House spokesperson said.
“We definitely evaluate every site from every level,” she said. “We look at ingress and egress, to how much revenue we think we can do. We look for certain prototypes as far as our results are concerned.”
Alton Town Center is home to more than two dozen restaurants, with the newest – Swedish-American eatery Waxin’s Restaurant & Bar – opening this summer.
Other recently opened businesses at the 360,203-square-foot retail complex on Donald Ross Road include Bergman Jewelers, Selfie Salonbar, State Farm and VANA Laser Club.
The contemporary American restaurant kitchen is under construction at the complex, and is expected to open in the fall.
